DWW Contracting Services founder and owner Derek Watt
Refurbishment and soft-stripping of unwanted fixtures and fittings in the process of making an old structure ready for rebuilding or renovation.

D-W-W has extensive experience in the internal refurbishment of buildings, such as stripping  back to the basic structural essentials, and removing obstacles to renovation.

We are highly experienced and skilled in stripping buildings back to their structural fabric, so that remodelling of interiors can be undertaken.

We also have wide experience of demolishing and removing internal structures (walls, floors etc) to make way for structural re-design.

D-W-W can also deal with the removal of mechanical and electrical systems and equipment when specified, including the removal and recycling of demolition materials.

We have experience of working on jobs as big and as comprehensive as Monument Mall in Newcastle, in terms of comprehensive internal structural work.

But we also have the flexibility to deal with smaller-scale but often no less tricky projects, such as pub and private house refurbishment.
